These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all services provided by The Facet Collective, including but not limited to business automation consulting, system setup, strategy sessions, digital downloads, and email communications.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services & Deliverables

The Facet Collective provides customized business automation, CRM development, digital strategy, and consulting services. The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and project timeline will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to the start of any project.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside of our scope or values.

2. Booking, Payment & Refunds

  • All services require full or partial payment upfront to secure your project start date.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or other secure processors.

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Missed strategy calls without 24-hour notice may be forfeited without rescheduling.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by The Facet Collective — including automation systems, templates, custom dashboards, and email copy — remains our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Clients are granted a limited license to use the delivered assets for their own business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or copying for use in other businesses is prohibited without written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business information shared by the client will be treated as confidential. Likewise, The Facet Collective may require access to your systems (email platform, CRM, etc.) solely for service delivery and will not share or misuse this access.

We respect your privacy and intellectual property — and expect the same in return.

5. Client Responsibility

To successfully complete services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all requested materials in a timely manner

  • Respond to communication within agreed-upon timelines

  • Be honest and transparent about goals, tools, and limitations
    Delays in communication or deliverables may extend the timeline and could incur additional fees if the project scope changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Facet Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. While we take every effort to ensure quality and functionality, we are not responsible for third-party platform issues (e.g., Zapier outages, CRM malfunctions, or broken integrations).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any client relationship if there is a breach of these terms, a pattern of non-communication, or behavior that is abusive, unprofessional, or misaligned with our values.

Any work completed up to the date of termination will be delivered, but no further services will be provided.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
