Refund Policy

At The Facet Collective, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized services that require time, strategy, and deep attention to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a firm no-refund policy on all billable hours and completed digital services.

🔹 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Billable hours already worked (including strategy, development, consulting, or communication time)

  • Partially completed projects or digital deliverables

  • Missed meetings or delayed communication on the client’s part

  • Completed automation setups, workflows, or templates

Once work has been performed or deliverables have been initiated, all payments are final and non-refundable.

🔹 Deposits & Booking Fees

A non-refundable deposit or retainer may be required to secure your project start date. This ensures that we reserve dedicated time and resources for your service.

Failure to submit the deposit within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your project timeline.

🔹 Exceptions

In very rare and specific cases, such as duplicate payment errors or services not rendered due to unforeseen internal issues on our part, a partial refund may be considered — solely at the discretion of The Facet Collective.

If you believe you have a situation that warrants review, please contact us at hello@thefacetcollective.com within 7 business days of the transaction date.

🔹 Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule strategy calls or live sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
